As an ADHD coach and executive function specialist based in Houston, I support teens, college students, and young adults who are ready to build confidence, independence, and real-world life strategies.
I’m Julia, an Executive Function and Social Skills Coach dedicated to helping people build the confidence and independence they need to succeed in life. With a Master’s Degree in Developmental Disabilities from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in General, Special, and Gifted Education from Indiana University, I bring both expertise and a deep understanding of neurodivergent learners to my coaching practice. I hold teaching certifications in two states and have additional training as an ADHD Certified Educator, further grounding my work in evidence-based strategies.
I have worked one-on-one with more than 100 clients and their families, supporting students with ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, and other learning and social challenges. My approach is highly individualized — every client learns strategies and tools tailored to their unique strengths and needs. I work closely with parents, therapists, and educators to ensure holistic support, helping families implement best practices that foster long-term success.
As an ADHD coach, I believe that challenges aren’t character flaws—they’re simply skills that haven’t been taught yet. My goal is to provide those missing tools while removing shame, building self-awareness, and celebrating small wins along the way. Ultimately, my job is to “coach myself out of a job” by empowering clients to take control of their own growth.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me reading, cooking, going to yoga classes, spending time with friends and family, watching movies, or enjoying the outdoors with my rescue dog, Maggie.

My Mission
Help people build the skills they need to thrive — and to empower them to use those skills with confidence, independence, and clarity.
My Approach
Rather than relying on generic advice, I use personalized strategies that meet each client where they are — building executive function and social skills through real-life practice, reflection, and support. As an ADHD coach, my role goes beyond reminders and surface-level tips. I help clients develop long-term habits, motivation, resilience, and self-advocacy so they can apply strategies consistently and grow more independent over time.
